When I was a student, I was always thinking about why the teacher
knows everything? How do they actually answer everyone’s questions?
The ‘Aletheia University’ needed someone to teach their students who
major in “Food & Beverage Management” and asked me to be a teacher.
I had a chance to find out the answer.

This was my first time to teaching in a university,
and I tried hard to make sure my teaching materials were suitable for
teenagers. I wanted some humor in my lessons to keep them awake
and feel entertained.

Teaching others can make me stronger in that subject,
because I have to prepare all my knowledge: questions,
theories and experience for their answers. It is not only for
class but also for my benefit.
It will cost you more than double time to prepare each hour of class.
Now I understand why teachers can actually answer everyone’s questions.

Being a teacher is a great experience for me.
It offered a great salary, good reputation and social status.
The greatest thing is when I saw my students learned the
skills and did a great job. That feels good.
